  1. Guests must treat staff, other guests, and property with respect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Quiet hours apply between 22:00 – 07:00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Children must be supervised at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Parking is at own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Damage must be reported immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    1. General Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • No illegal activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No excessive noise or disturbance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No smoking in non-designated areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No unauthorized guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2. Property & Facilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Guests are responsible for damage caused<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Common areas must be respected<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Lodge property may not be removed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        3. Safety & Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Follow all safety instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Report hazards immediately<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • CCTV is in operation in common and public areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          4. Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Failure to comply may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Refusal of refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Immediate eviction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Cancellation of booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Loss of deposit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            5. Damage, Theft & Accountability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Guests will be held financially accountable<\/strong> for any damage, theft, or loss of Lodge property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • This responsibility extends to all members of the Guest\u2019s party and visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Charges may be deducted from deposits or billed after departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Failure to settle damages may result in legal action, blacklisting, or refusal of future bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              6. Settlement of Outstanding Amounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              In the event of any outstanding charges arising from a guest\u2019s stay, including damages or unpaid services, LA D DA Lodge reserves the right to withhold access to services, facilities, or retained security until such charges have been settled.
