House Rules
- Guests must treat staff, other guests, and property with respect.
- Quiet hours apply between 22:00 – 07:00.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

- Parking is at own risk.
- No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
- Damage must be reported immediately.
- Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
1. General Conduct
- No illegal activities
- No excessive noise or disturbance
- No smoking in non-designated areas
- No unauthorized guests
2. Property & Facilities
- Guests are responsible for damage caused
- Common areas must be respected
- Lodge property may not be removed
3. Safety & Security
- Follow all safety instructions
- Report hazards immediately
- CCTV is in operation in common and public areas
4. Enforcement
Failure to comply may result in:
- Refusal of refund
- Immediate eviction
- Cancellation of booking
- Loss of deposit
5. Damage, Theft & Accountability
- Guests will be held financially accountable for any damage, theft, or loss of Lodge property.
- This responsibility extends to all members of the Guest’s party and visitors.
- Charges may be deducted from deposits or billed after departure.
- Failure to settle damages may result in legal action, blacklisting, or refusal of future bookings.
6. Settlement of Outstanding Amounts
In the event of any outstanding charges arising from a guest’s stay, including damages or unpaid services, LA D DA Lodge reserves the right to withhold access to services, facilities, or retained security until such charges have been settled. Continued occupation or access may be denied where lawful and reasonable until settlement is reached.
